Smart Alt Fixer provides a WordPress plugin and API service that uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze images and generate alternative text ("alt-text") for accessibility and SEO purposes. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To use the paid features of the Service, you must purchase a license key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service operates on a credit-based system or subscription model. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Credits purchased as "one-time packs" do not expire unless otherwise stated. Subscription payments are recurring and will renew automatically unless cancelled.
Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate costs incurred by API usage (OpenAI), all sales are generally final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure where the Service did not perform as described.
The plugin code, brand, and website content remain the exclusive property of Smart Alt Fixer. The alt-text generated for your images becomes your property upon creation.
